Localized water-mark, molded and three-dimensional sitated in the white sector of the bill, with the portrait of Domingo Faustino Sarmiento, visible by transparency.

"Right-reverse" motif: design in offset in the lower right corner, which is complemented by transparency.

Rosette in OVI ink, which changes from green to blue color on tilting the bill, situated to the right of the water-mark.
Value inscribed in invisible ink, on the face and to the right of the portrait, only perceptible in ultraviolet light.

Design

On the face the image of Domingo Faustino Sarmiento is reproduced, and on the reverse the Government House building, in the city of Buenos Aires. Known as the Casa Rosada ("Pink House"), it is the seat of the National Executive. The characteristic colors are red and black.
